Agility Test
Mark four points: A (start), B (5 yards), C (7 yards), D (10 yards). Run A→B→A→C→A→D→A as fast as possible. Time it. Rest 2-3 minutes. Best of 3 attempts.

First-step burst, deceleration, change of direction, recovery under effort, and improvement over weeks.

- Stay low when changing direction
- Plant and drive — don’t round turns
- Clean movement first, then speed
