10-Minute Passing Drill
Goal: accurate passes with the inside of the foot and clean first touches.
1) Wall passes (4 min)
- Stand 10 ft from a wall. Pass with inside of foot, receive the return. 20 reps each foot.
2) One-touch passing (3 min)
- Same setup but don’t stop the ball — redirect it immediately back to the wall. 15 reps each foot.
3) Moving passes (3 min)
- With a partner: jog side by side 20 yards, passing back and forth. Focus on leading the pass slightly ahead.
Lock the ankle on every pass. A floppy foot = a weak, inaccurate pass.
