Pre-Game Reminders
- Arrive 30–45 minutes before kickoff
- Check all pads are in place and strapped tight
- Helmet chin strap secure — should be snug
- Mouthguard in and moldedproperly
- Cleats tied, double-knotted
- Use the bathroom before gear goes on
- Light dynamic warm-up (not static stretching)
After the game: Air out pads, wipe down the helmet interior, wash the jersey, and refill the water bottle. Setting up for next time starts immediately.
